*BEST IN SHOW will be selected from the six winners in the six categories listed above.
All Entries will receive a treat bag.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE OWNER.
I hereby clear the City of Morgantown, The Morgantown-Butler County Chamber of Commerce, The Catfish Festival Committee, and all the sponsors from any liabilities involving personal injuries to my-self and others which may occur during my participation with the Catfish Festival Dog Show. I agree to at all times have my dog on leash, and will agree to be held responsible for anything that may happen including: injuries or damage done by my dog.
