Entry Fee: $40 per team. Entries must be turned in before 9:00 am July 3, 2010.
Men's tournament only.
Each team may have three players and one substitute.
Each player must be at least 13 years old. Double Elimination. Event Chairperson must be notified in advance of the tournament of any changes to the roster.
Each player will receive a t-shirt. Trophies given for 1 st place & runner up in each category.

Event coordinator will make playing schedule after all entries are received.

Signature represents the entire team and releases the City of Morgantown, Butler County Board of Education & Butler County Middle School, The Catfish Festival Committee, The Butler County Chamber of Commerce and the Tournament Director from the responsibility of damages, losses or injuries incurred in connection with this tournament. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.

Tournament Rules
1. Each team will consist of three or four players, three starters and one substitute.
2. 24 points or 20 minute time limit. Field goal is 1 point. Three point line is 2 points.
3. Call own fouls (Court monitor does not decide disputes) If officials are present they are in control and will call fouls.
4. All out of bounds lines are in effect.
5. Games begin with coin toss to determine possession.
6. No disqualifications because of fouls.
7. Only roster players are allowed for entire tournament (NO EXCEPTIONS) No additions to the roster after the start of the tournament.
8. One free throw for each player on the court to settle tie.
9. 3 point line in effect. Counts as 2 points.
10. No hanging on the rim after dunking. Failure to obey can result in disqualification.
11. All fouls result in team getting possession of the ball.
12. One time out per game (30 seconds)
13. Technical fouls: 1 st -2 points and ball 2 nd- 4 points and ball 3 rd - disqualification
14. Entry fee is non-refundable
15. Substitutions: Only after a converted basket, foul shot or any stoppage of play. The substitute must get an officials attention and wait to be called in. A technical foul will be charged to the team for failure to abide by this rule.
16. Start of game: team must be signed in and READY TO PLAY at their scheduled time. Regardless of number of players present to play.
17 . Officials/Monitors will have authority to keep the games under control.
18. Any fighting will result in disqualification of any teams involved.
19. All teams need to be ready to play at 10am since schedule will not be made until 9am.
